Syntax: EXECUTE script XOUTSIDE [tolerance]

Handles all elements that are completely outside a closed area and do not touch it. The spatial elements must be inside the buffer zone specified by the tolerance parameter. The default tolerance is zero in which case, the spatial elements must touch the boundary.
